Intro to the course:

This Menopause Awareness Training course has been designed  for the use of all employees across any industry sector to gain a better understanding of the menopause.  Led by one of our highly experienced Health and social care lecturing team   the  symptoms  and challenges of the menopause will be discussed and the potential  adjustments that can be made to  best support employees .  

Who is the course for?

Employers who wish to  build awareness of the Impact of Menopause and take action to best support  employees. 

What will I study?

 Potential signs and symptoms of menopause and potential challenges this may present in the workplace for employees.
