Jamie Beddows, Police Studies
Jamie Beddows is one of our very talented Police Studies lecturers, he’s been working at South Lanarkshire College for just over year.
Jamie specialises in sports and Fitness and began his lecturing career at Loughborough College where he taught sports analysis and biomechanics to Olympic athletes.
Jamie’s teaching career then went global as he taught Unifomed Services and PE in the Middle East for six years (4 in Oman, 2 in Kuwait). The student body he taught on his travels came from more than 55 nationalities.
Jamie completed his Masters in Educational Leadership (through Dundee University) before moving to Scotland to commence his role as a Police Studies lecturer at South Lanarkshire College.
