South Lanarkshire College is delighted to be working in collaboration with Go Radio to find Scotland’s next Podcast star.
Podstars: Your Voice, Your Podcast, Your Spotlight!
The Podstars competition is an exciting cross-College project which is designed to connect young people with the media industry.
The competition offers S5, S6 and NC students across Glasgow and the West the chance to create their own podcasts. Additionally, competition finalists will visit the College's Creative Hub podcast studio to create short soundbites for the radio.
Go Radio are also offering some of our Creative and Digital Media students work placements where they will get to produce 30-second radio trailers as part of their work experience in audio production.

Submit your podcast idea along with cover artwork and tell us what makes your idea different and why people should tune in! The top 10 entries will be selected by our judges and voted down to a top 5 with the help of Go Radio Listeners, with one ultimate Podstar winning the full production experience.
