The team of South Lanarkshire College students, accompanied by their Chef Lecturer, Helen Vass, plated up dessert for 550 guests at the event, which was held on Friday, 1 September, at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.

At the event, our students got to work with world chocolate master, Callebaut chocolate technical advisor and ITV's James Martin’s Saturday Morning regular, Mark Tiling. The students assisted Mark as he designed the lunch dessert based on the event theme - NOW THAT’S WHAT I CALL POETS
