The NPA Plastering at SCQF level 5 is suitable for those who wish to follow this as a career.

The course introduces learners to general workplace health and safety, a range of plastering techniques such as applying lightweight plaster and the safe use of hand-tools and equipment, In addition, this NPA develops knowledge and understanding of:

  • the construction industry practical, technical and transferable skills
  • oral, written and evaluation abilities, resource management
  • problem solving and planning
  • organisational and communication skills
