Ideal for those who have completed an introductory course in BSL.
This course will enhance your BSL vocabulary and communication with D/deaf people. Course includes:
BSL Level 2 (SCQF Level 5)
Assessment of communicating with another user of BSL and understanding information provided in BSL.
The course will introduce you to BSL which is a preferred language for D/deaf people and promoted by the Scottish Government.
Employment after further study as an interpreter, carer or teacher within the education, media or healthcare sectors.
Introduction to BSL (SCQF level 3)
No formal interview.
